It is hard to answer this question without knowing your overall situation. Next time, it would be beneficial to talk a little about what else you have in the portfolio etc..
As this is costing you 5 points, I'll give you what I am buying right now. My situation is that non of my holdings has more than 2-4 % of my total portfolio and I don't flip stocks. What I buy, I keep for few years.
If this is agreeable to you then my pick is:
Vonage (VG). I like this stock because everyone hates it. But it is the kind of stock that Mario Gabelli would purchase (subscription revenues). It is at a historical low and it is a good stock to own at $5.75 The IPO price was $17.00 last year and all the "smart" kids on the block participated in the offerings
This stock is not for the faint of heart because it still doesn't have a P/E and it could still drop further. Earnings are due next week.

A lot of press [financial] is hyping Europe and Japan...who knows??? but they have been somewhat undervalued areas compared to the pace of China and China involved areas...
so maybe a few $$$$ in something like EEA , CEE, RNE for Europe and any number of Japan ETFs...Singapore also...
or...keep playing the China story with EEM,ADRE,KF,GRR,EWS,APB
