Yes. It will depend what you want to use the blog for (just purely for online diary to communicate a few of others, or for real online business to earn some addition incomes).

Different steps will be needed for different purposes.

This is simple and easy.

I created my blog today only you can see it at :

You can select any name for eg

firstnameLastname in place of makeonlinebucks

and then onwards you can post your blog daily or weekly & can give title to each of those.
