Are all online jobs posted on the web are scams?

I thought of buying google pride kit.Many people has given their comments on googlepride (Googlehotcash.com) and they are give the cheque proofs.Is these things false ? Give me some guidelines regarding online jobs.

No, all online jobs are not scams. The problem is, you have been looking in the wrong area. Try searching for "virtual assistants." Virtual assistants are people who are qualified to provide services to businesses, attorneys, real estate agents and other professionals. for free when u search carefully in google or yahoo.

Many online jobs listing sites need an upfront registration.
but few are providing this listing free but they will charge their commission when you complete the work and receive the payment.
