It depends on the school. if its only a small profet,i don't see why not. Plenty of people i know have sold candy for a fundraiser. you probobly wont make a lot of money though |

I would think so. As long as they're not "special" candy, then go for it. They also have to be packaged. Try not to go yelling around school about it though, because you never know... |

I think it all depends on the principal, and what its for.
Your best would be to ask a teacher or a principal.
Why are you selling candy? |

It is illegal to sale candy period without a license. Thats illegal retail.
But i do it all the time. Just dont get caught man. If you do all theyll do is take your candy. But who cares. With all the profit you make you can just buy another one. |

I'm not sure. It depends what school you go to. My school doesn't and they said if you do then you would be suspended. So yeah.... but I think it's for all schools too[not being able to sell candy]! Hope This Helps!! =D |

No, you need approval from the FDA regarding all sales of food, drinks and anything that they think will affect a person's health. You need to contact the FDA first. |
|

speedy
 |
no you can't unless you are with an organization that the board of education approves, and even then they will require that you only sell during lunch hours and after school. |
|

Mr.Brightside
|
Unless you own the candy, have a permit, and permission from the school then no. they dont want special brownies going around. |
|

Missy
 |
If you don't want to get suspended then don't... it's not allowed |
|

Micaela C

Wow, will you use your brain yet? Of course you're not ALLOWED to for gosh sakes but are you slick or just airheaded? If you really wanted to sell candy then you ******* sell candy without telling anybody! Unless some fun *** kid comes along and snitches on you then you can get into a bit of trouble (depending on the school, you might even get wooped) but are you going to die from it? Geez. YES or NO, you WANT to sell candy or not in school? YOUR PICK, not ours. |

forgot to add that if u get caught u better be prepared for what to say to the principal. i got caught my sophmore year near the end of the school year. The security checked my backpack to see if i had any drugs but i had none, just a big backpack completely filled with candy in every pocket. Lucky for me the principal gave me an option of either 5 day suspension or for me to stop selling candy. i chose the right thing of stop selling but i didnt stop after that until every candy i had at home and in my backpack waiting to be sold was completely gone. After that i sold no more. People were very disappointed. If you get caught and/or stop selling, prepare to face disappointment from all your customers. |

it's illegal but don't get caught. I use to sell candy in my Freshman and Sophmore year of high school. freshman year was great but sold near the end of the school year. Then i switched schools in Sophmore year and started selling the 2nd week of sophmore year. didnt do well at first so i had to let the people know. A little later people began to know and started buying like crazy. I sold so many different products and made so much money mostly because i wasn't a ripoff to my costumers since customer satisfaction and cheapest price to sell product and make at least some profit was what i was aiming at. After selling so much candy i started selling chips and soda and that was an improvement to my business. sold bags of m&m's, Peanut m&m's, Skittles, Sour Skittles for 65 cents, Fruit Snacks and Snickers and Fruit Rollups 50 cents, Warheads 1 for 10 cents or 3 for 25 cents, Sour Punch Straws 75 cents, Airheads 25 cents, Bazooka Bubble Gum 5 cents, Chips 35 cents, Soda: Dr. Pepper, Coke, and Sprite for 75 cents in a 12 oz. bottle since there was CRV+tax, people understood that. I think i sold more items but i cant remember. All candies were regular size and i sold them all for cheap. thats what grabs customer attention, cheap prices therefore leading me to the best candy salesman in my school taking out competition. |

the best idea is saying that it is for your church. Just type up a letter, find a pastor/priest name and get your parents to sign it. It will work. |
