Big Footsie falls because of that american trash why.?
Dosent it make you sick that because those american idiots are making a mess of their finances we in Britain have to suffer?
I think that their money markets should be relinquished and those responsible put to live in a farmyard as they have no use or purpose only to completely f*uk things up for us in the UK
whats your opinion?

i think you will find that the UK finance institutions are in a far bigger and GREATER mess than the Americans. We the Brits are in the thick of it this time. Our Gov. has a policy of 'smother the fire with a paper bag'.....We will all see it coming through in 2008

My advice is, save as much as you can in CASH!

jebediabartlett
Not that I was listening, but I didn't hear any complaints when things were just zooming along when other yank idiots came up with zillions of things and ideas that had Brits moving out of the farmyard into great opportunities in the worlds of trade. ( Let's face it, you can only eat so much fish and chips before your craving a Big Mac or Pizza Hut pizza!! Gotta nibble on something while you're sittin' there in your Levi's talking on your iPhone, playing on the X-box.)

If our economies are tied together that is your governments choice as well. Blame Bush's little pal Tony Blair just as much!!

The global economy is closely intertwined because of international trade. It has long been felt that if you sneeze in London someone in Beijing catches cold. Unfortunately, with banks round the world investing in each others markets, a down turn in one country affects all. Hang in there. So long as your companies don't go bust, the stock will rise again eventually
