No, I don't think so. I think it would be considered undue risk to a person not an adult and incapable of making an adult decision. I also think that any testimony or sworn statements would be called into question, as minors are considered "less than competent" to swear an oath and it would bring up the question of whether their statements were true.
Generally, they use adults who LOOK like kids. |

They shouldn't. The first kid that gets one in the back of the head for being a rat and the police administration would flounder. Then again maybe the rat deserves to get one in the back of his head even though he is a minor. |
