When you have to open a New Account these private Banks will be after you,but after you have opened an account you have to face a lot of mental harrasment,because now you have fallen in their trap.It is almost One Month I had applied for Reissue of Internet Banking Password,But of No avail. I have tried all means to contact them for Reiisue of Internet Banking Password,but they are least bothered.Even the Customer Care People at HDFC Bank have not responded to my Complaint.Please tell me what should I do? Whom to Complaint? |

impossible to believe, i have an account, savings bank as well as demat with HDFC and their service all these 10 years has been excellent. no complaints whatsoever from this bank at all.just contact the branch manager and your job will be done immediately |

Call up customer care and blast them thats the first thing you can do.
Else visit any branch near you and check out the branch manager. if he isnt able to help you, they would have stuck name plates with the list of people in the hierarchy you can complain. Reach them one by one.
If you dont get any favourable response from any of them then visit core.nic.in. This is the govt of india's consumer complaint redressal forum. Raise a complaint there and they'll get back to you for sure...
This maybe due to one persons lack of sincerity or carelessness buddy. I have been banking with HDFC for more than a year now and its been good to me till now. Maybe an one off case.

It is just the frustration that has taken you,
Every bank has a procedure and have certain security norm which have to be followed , there is a particular channel to be followed for a password,You should fillup a particular form for internet banking at the branch and submit it and the same will come to you may be in 7 working days,
It is just the eagerness and the curiosity to access your account online which has led to this frustration otherwise the money in your account is safe. |

some people do face the same problem with the private banks when ever you call the customer care just ask them to give you the complain no they dont give it easily as they give you, kindly write an email with those complain no to hdfc customer care department telling them you want to close your a/c due to harassment. they will do all your work in few days.
I had switched my all a/c to nationalized banks they also has started internet banking and Atm card all those things which private bank charge us

hey dude..............give a written request ...............coz even am holding account with HDFC (mumbai )since 3 yrs ..never faced any issue...........once my name embossed on my credit was spelled wrong ....they asked me to give a written request ..so I did n drop it complaint box.....n within a week i received a new card as the customer service people promised me .............

Go and give a complaint to ur bank's branch manager directly...give a written complaint and tell them if the issue is not resolved quickly then u will cancel ur account in the bank. |
