Much like everyone else who's ever swept through Africa, they're looking for resources and energy. They probably don't wish bad things to happen, but it's certainly not a humanitarian mission.
Ideally, the development that comes along with these projects would *help* the continent, but since any money that flows into the continent is either going to go into building exclusive compounds for executives or to pad the pockets of corrupt local dictators and warlords who will buy luxury European cars and heavy weapons, I'd say it's a net loss for Africa. |

OH...I DON`T THINK SO....the only ones that can mean WELL for the African Nation can only be the African Administrators!......have you never received a letter from an Admistrator of an African Banking Institution stating that some poor American family has just been COMPLETELY annihalated in a plane crash 5 to 7 years ago and it is ILLEGAL for that Bank to KEEP the 10,000,000 + cash that IS in that account , but some supposedly CEO says that YOU will get 30% of funds if YOU reply? Stupid Question if you think Chinese Investment IS gonna make a DIFFERENCE. This question is so difficult to answer.
as the invest of chinese increasing in Afica, many chinese engineers and trademan went to Africa in last few years,they mainly participate in civil construction in Africa,such as power station,railway,highroad.
1.Of course,more invest in Afica bring more profit for chinese,but on the another side,this action accelerate the development of Afica countries
,because more advanced technology and managemant skills has been brought to Africa.
2.what's more,Rapid development in china these years bring lackage of many resource especially oil.Afica is full of these resources.they just interchange what they are full of.
3.China is full of cheap products just because of its low human resources cost and rapid development. Chinese outvia expensive product from other countries.As to Afica,It aslo a good thing.
so I think that more invest in Afica from china means more well,less bad. |
