my dad's old co-worker's uncle is a cancer radiologist. He has a private jet and his yearly salary is in millions and my dad told me about him but I myself have never met him. I know two, and one billionaire. Well, he used to be a billionaire prior to the financial crisis. He was the CEO of a very popular corporation here in Kalamazoo, MI. After his retirement, he retained his role as Chairman of the Board.
