Yes. the main reason is the atmosphere working or general is a familiar one. secondly you do not have to spend on airfare to come to your country. thirdly there will be no class difference in the treatment of employees. finally it will be easy to change jobs if in india.

yes i feel india is better because it is growing in all sectors and providing almost the same facilities especially if u might want to work in information technology sector.

any place is good enough to earn, the thing is you need to work harder. any target that you set for yourself is possible provided you put in efforts equal or more than your target. and dont pay attention to people correcting you, they are not there to help they are there to make your life worst.

a growing economy always yields better return than stagnent economy .
Western market is replacement market and hence shallow, while indian market is growing in depth and width and give better return
