This is going to depend upon a few things.....
If the boy is reasonably mature and understanding of his opportunity to apply that wealth.....
If he either finds himself surrounded by good, well intentioned and kind people genuinely concerned for his welfare...............
If the youngster is open to accepting guidance.............
If the boy isn't tormented by unresolved conflicts from within..........
If the young man has a dream that will drive him towards personal achievement...........
The key here is "if." If he is open to the above, I'd say, "YES!"
As for your definition of "big"---I have no way to interpret that other than to say that I believe the young man has opportunity to increase his grip on virtually any dream...whether denominated in terms of tangible wealth or achievement.
