Their website (Francswiss) unprofessional, found and error :
The requested URL /scripts/quote.htm was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Minimum investment : $1000 (Wow...:D)
They claimed :
Chief Financial Officer – Michael Mansfield
Principal guaranteed by Swiss Mutual Fund(1948)
Althougt it said that principal guaranteed by Swiss Mutual Fund(1948). I don't think francswiss.us is a subsidiary of swisscash . I think they just one of the scammers. I am not really sure if francswiss will last long. Eh ngayon pa lang BLANK NA WEB SITE NINYO!

Yes they are scammers but I love them. Why - I have won two lotteries this morning all before 9.00am and have three inheritances worth millions. I have never had so much money in my life. I don't want it, I just like to know its there, I feel secure. When you look at it though if we ever paid for emails then the scammers will stop sending them because they would have to pay millions and need to win a lottery to afford it. |

How Francswiss and other scams will be played?
--------------------------------------...
1) Operator is always around to answer questions. He is as helpful as he can be. Intense promotion such as advertisements, text, roadshows, blog sites, will be used. Credible people from banking sector, movie industry and other "honest credible people" will be tapped by the operators.
2) Many people post that they have been paid. Moderators are looked up to. There is a cult-like atmosphere. Cheerleaders post that admin is honest and good.
3) People become even more trusting with their money, especially if there is a guarantee in the TOS. The wheels of the scam really start to turn as more and more people join the dream.
4) Cheerleaders praise the admin. Everyone is happy and friendships are made. Poor people are gifted in by generous benefactors.
5) Payments start to slow. Your payment was almost a week late. Not to worry. Admin says there just aren't enough hands or hours in the day to pay all the people. Or the server is in need of a better upgrade please bear with us. In the meantime, cheerleaders continue to encourage more money to be put in the scam while administrator delays in paying the promised interest to earn more.
6) Payments slow more and more. The excuse that there isn't enough egold(ecash) might be used. Sporadic updates by admin that can be interpreted a hundered different ways are given to try and squash the impending mutiny. The optimist will still encourage people not to worry and not to panic and even entice people to invest and take the risk because it is worth it.
7) Maybe another payment processor is the answer! Switch to IntGold, NetPay, etc. or another mode of payment atm, etc. Cheerleaders praise admin for his ability to get through such a tough time. "We are back in business!" How stressful it must be!
8) A few payments go out, but they are almost at a stand-still. An unhappy member posts that they haven't been paid in weeks. That post gets deleted. Some heretics even get banned, only for repeatedly asking where the money is. Moderators begin to get edgy and members are confused. Cheerleaders cheer all the harder in hopes they will get paid even if no one else is, just because they had "faith".
9) Admin is jetsetting around the globe and can't be bothered to deal with miscreants and small set-backs. A new payment script is being worked on. The HYIP is being pushed to the scam folder at other forums. Hmmmm...what is really going on?
10) No payments to anyone. Moderators are left alone to delete posts. Where is admin? Cheerleaders say not to worry. This admin has integrity and cares about the members. Another update sooooon!!!
11) This page cannot be displayed.
There are sometimes more twists and turns and drama, but in the end there is always someone who loses their money. |

i checked the website and apparently it is indeed shutdown, they say it is undergoing maintenance or upgrade, basically i think it has been hacked. If I'm the owner of the company, and i am earning billions of dollars in return why would I shut this growing Internet scam down? Hm mm Hackers most likely. Lets us observe if after this day it wont open, those investors can kiss their invested money goodbye! If it goes back with a new website, my theory is right and the scam and the earning will live on for another day or 2.
Francswiss is a virtual company, actually nobody knows who owns or who operates this internet facility, even the FBI. The earnings are ******* real, It has been operating Globally since 2005 but mainly in Southeast Asia where more people are vulnerable to greed and easy money. Basically speaking you can't stop people from investing in this kind of investment, or should I say 22nd century scam. Those who are brave enough to take the risk of investing $1000 without signing any document are FOOLISH beings that do GET RICH! Those people who are afraid to take the risk are the skeptic ones but sad to say, most of these guys don't earn as much as the ones who have joined. Thats the way we put it in the business world. People who learn how to take calculated risks are the ones who succeed. In Francswiss, we cannot prosecute those people who joined, we just have to wish them luck in their endeavor. To put it simply in tagalog, walang basagan ng trip. This investment scheme wont last long wait until the media cuts into the picture. |

Risky Biz

I did some research work myself and FRANCSWISS.BIZ is only in the Philippines. I was able to trace their network and it is located at :
11/F Strata 100 Bldg, Emerald Ave.
Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines
Phone: +63-2-637-2104
Fax: +63-2-632-7319
Contact Person: Ian Sison
Email: ians@qsr.com.ph
I am not in Manila, but if someone can find out if this is a bogus address then these people are really true scammers. Their network infrastructure has NOT met business standards, they do not have an SSL socket layer in place, that means any investor who registers through their site, their account info can be hacked. Also their website is saying that for any questions or problems email: support_singapore@francswiss.com and guess what!! their system does NOT have an email server!! so if you are sending an email from their website they will never receive it, what a complete HOAX!!
FrancSwiss.biz has this registartion information:
Registrant Name: WhoisGuard Protected
Registrant Organization: WhoisGuard
Registrant Address1: 8939 S. Sepulveda Blvd. #110 -
Registrant Address2: 732
Registrant City: Westchester
Registrant State/Province: CA
Registrant Postal Code: 90045
Registrant Country: United States
Registrant Country Code: US
Registrant Phone Number: +1.6613102107
Let's hope the detectives find these guys soon! These guys are operating only in the Philippines so put a grain of salt when they say that they are operating worlwide, that is a BIG hoax! |
