The Forex Tracer system is an automated system that allows you to trade forex (foreign exchange) overseas stocks. They have an awesome set up for newbies as well as experienced traders. I've come across a lot of crap on the net when it comes to forex software and trading, but Forex Trader is TOP NOTCH. Hello,
You are smart to ask for reviews before you buy any trading software. If you will notice as you search for reviews that all the reviews you find seem to sing the praises of Forex Tracer. This does not mean that Forex Tracer is a good trading system, especially when you consider that none of the reviews are written by people who make their money trading. The only person that I have found that does not have only positive things to say is a guy named Robert Strakkenn.
As an experienced trader I will give you my quick take on Forex Tracer and any other programs that are like it:
They advertise a winning trade percentage of over 90%. There is no such thing as a trading system or robot that can sustain a 90% winning percentage over the long term.
Trading systems of this type usually show very short hypothetical track records that usually highlight the system's best period of performance. The end result is that you are unlikely to experience the types of returns they advertise.
I know that I may sound negative but I write this in hopes of saving you and other people entering into the markets some time, money, and grief.
I certainly hope that my input will help you to make an informed decision. |

"Hypothetical" means that he has not traded it on an account with real money. It means that he ran a stream of historical prices through it. He may have tweaked and tuned it so that it produced huge profits with this exact stream of data and will never do it again unless history repeats itself exactly. There is also no guarantee that you could have gotten actual orders in to the dealing desk and filled at the prices in his demonstration. The forex market moves fast. |

It's a valid system but don't believe everything the webpage says about it because some of it actually isn't true.
