The total proceeds from the stock sale is $1,728.98. From that amount will be deducted any fees that might be owed the broker or stock plan that held the shares.

In general, that amount would run about $25 to $50, but it might be zero based on the nature of the account in which you held the shares.

Bottom line, you should expect to receive about $1,700. Plus or minus

about $1800

Koz
You need to multiply the # of shares by the price per share. So you are looking at $1,729. Many times when you sell your stock. Keep in mind that you are usually subject to some fees from your broker and of course taxes whenever you sell shares.

spot
You multiple your share by the share price and deduct your cost, which is what you spent buying and selling them including your commissions. That will be your profit.

You dont get any money cause your shares do not exist. 36.6310 means you're typing random number just for fun!!!!

as400_guru
If you can't figure this out, you are too stupid to get the money.

Show off. When did you sell the stock. Call the company and ask what the stock was selling for that day. Check with the broker. Are commissions involved? I don't know.

$1,746 less capital gains equals about $1,449

Multiply the number of shares by the sales price, and subtract any commissions on the sales, and there's your answer.

$36.6310 X $47.20 =

Don't forget to subtract brokerage commission.
