Definitely land has a greater appreciation.
Investing in gold is not a good idea, unless you buy as Gold biscuits. (Even then, land is better choice.)
The logic is simple. The population is growing and the area is the same. So demand raises.
In the coming years, investing in land would yield better appreciation, I think. |

land is better as god no longer makes any more land.
population will continue to increase, and land sharks and govt will continue to control land. the price of land will not fall .
gold is darling of indians., if some new productive and lucrative mines are discovered , price of gold may fall , but so is not the case of land |

just dont sell it. you see all of those commercials on tv about pcompanies sending you money for gold.. do not do it!! you never know.. something might happen in the future and that money might become useless. |

I think investment in gold is better, because the price of gold does not go down drastically like the price of land can. My family has lots of gold jewelry that we've had for years, and right now gold prices are higher than ever, and the prices will continue to get higher. |
