I am in the real estate investing business. The realistic answer to your question is NO YOU CANNOT. It is very rarely that you find loans that you will not have to put any money down on but there is no point becuase the interest rates are so high that you will end up paying more than making the down payment. Take it from me I have millions in real estate that is the worst idea. These guys on TV that tell you you can are morons just looking to make a quick buck. |

If you don't have money, you won't have much of a house.
If you have a good income and good credit, there are loans where you can buy a house with no downpayment. The interest rate is often high, so you may be better off saving up and buying when you can put something down. |
