How can i download stock live, to watch share movement?i have yahoo fiance but i have to refresh it.?
i want to watch live movement of stock price of the share i have. i do this on yahoo finance but it does not show live i have to refresh and NSE ticker does not show all my holdings price

There are alot of good sites for "almost live" prices like the one site above. Yahoo is terrible-they are almost 20 minutes behind. The only way you can truly get live feeds is to pay for it.

If you have an account at some of the major brokerage houses, they offer online services that include up to date pricing and research on their site. You have to have an account there and they give you log in and password information.

A live feed costs money, but programs like AIM include a stock ticker that you can customize. These tickers are always behind the market, but they do refresh automatically.

You should not be watching stock this close unless it's a hobby or you are day-trading. If you are day-trading, you'll need much more sophisticated tools!

Stocks are not one-day investments - plan to invest over the long term - measured in years.

stockwatch.com is a pay service that gives you realtime Level 2 and time and sales for most all stocks traded on bb to listed exchanges. Like the other poster said most retail online brokers also include free l2 service if you are a active trader/investor.

Medved Quote Tracker.
Real time streaming quotes, charts, level II, all free!
One small catch - you have to click at least 1 advertisement a day that is constantly refreshing at the top of the screen.
Here's the good part - no purchase is necessary.
Just click the ad and visit the site, that's it.

The best site is the NASDAC.COM. It's great, almost real time and it has several analysis of good value. But remember always, prices can be too high now. It'll be wise to begin following the market now and in the future try to feel the best moment to buy. Good profits.
