How do I buy euros (from US dollars) for investing.?
Who sells euros ? Please give details.
Experts only please.

The least expensive way to buy Euro's for US Dollars as an investment is through an exchange traded fund, FXE. If you have a brokerage account anywhere, you can buy and sell the FXE euro currency fund at any time. If you buy euros for dollars and actually take the euros through a bank or exchange house, your fees would be dramatically higher. Buying the FXE would only involve the brokerage commission. The price per share of FXE today was $134.33. That means that for the minimum 100 euros, you pay 1.3433 dollars for each euro, which is the current exchange rate without additional fees.

Stay away from Forex. If you want to buy euros, it can be done through the futures department at any major wirehouse (Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, etc.)

Open a brokerage account at Zecco and buy the ETF FXE.

Try http://forex.com/ . You can learn all about it. They'll even call you and answer any questions for free if you try a free trial account. That alone is worth it!

Good Luck!

ask your bank if they will convert currency...
ask the AAA office.. they frequently facilitate currency transactions.

if you have an American Express card they will sell you euros and mail them to you... i've heard they give a pretty good rate

look in your local phone book. (i live near the border to mexico so there are plenty of currency brokers around).. then call and ask what the bid/ask rate is and their fees for buying Euro's with dollars.... then verify how close it is to the published rate at http://www.xe.com/ucc/

or go to http://www.forex.com/forex_demo_landing.html?adused=747398887&cpao=111&kw=forex_Exact&src=ID.01.01.01.02.0007&gclid=CLC2n_SM-40CFQElgAods0FdMw

here you can get leveraged to the point of no return (not regulated like a brokerage account) and they encourage it... so be careful how committed you get... could lead to a LOT of pain if you're wrong.... i've heard good things about their platform....

anyways hope this helped.
