Instinct Kid | How do you make money work for you instead of you working for money? |

The first thing you have to do is save money so that you have some to put to work for you. Eliminate unnecessary expenses. Keep necessary expenses (food, shelter, transportation, etc.) as low as possible.
Once you've saved some money, invest it in a diversified set of stocks. (Why stocks? Because stocks have historically provided the highest average return over long periods of time when compared with all other asset classes.) I personally think the best way to do this for most people is to buy a mutual fund or exchange-traded fund (ETF) that tracks a major stock market index like the S&P 500 or Russell 2000.
How much work will your money do? If you've saved $10,000 and it returns 10% per year (a reasonable average to expect from stocks over the long haul, though any given year can be much higher or much lower than that), that's $1000 that your money makes for you. Keep saving and let your assets grow to $100,000 and now 10% gets you $10,000 per year on average. Grow your assets to $1 million and a 10% return on your investments gets you $100,000 a year - without needing to have a job.
AND on top of that, you don't have to pay social security/Medicare tax on investment income and with the current income tax structure the dividends and long-term capital gains (i.e. gains on stocks you own for more than a year) are taxed at a lower rate than salary and interest income is, so you'll get to keep a lot more of that $100,000 than you would if it came from a job.
Don't think you'll ever have $1 million? I've read several different news articles about people of modest means (e.g. janitors, schoolteachers) leaving $1 million or more to charities when they die, so I think almost anyone can do it...if you have the self-discipline to make saving a high priority. |

Great question. You need an income strategy. The reason that some predict that Mark Vincellete will be on the cover of Time magazine is because of his brilliant strategy he developed for the Forex market. He is revolutionizing investing and making dreams come true to those who are selling it. Investors who follow this program have been making unheard of returns. Due to compliance issues I cannot reveal the returns on investment but when you demo the program you will see for yourself. Once you see the power of the program you will confidentially tell everyone you know about it. That is why the company is growing 40% a month with no advertising. This is a Forex hedge strategy that reduces the risk in the market and anyone can do it because of its simplicity. It takes about 10-20 minutes a week if that. You can follow the strategy with play money until you see how it works and are comfortable with investing. Don’t take me word for it though. Try it out for free. Watch the video presentation on the site below. It will explain everything through the video. www.demofreedomrocks.com. Take care
RULE OF 72
5000 @ 12% a month = 1.6 million in 4 years. 19 million in 6 years. |
