How exactly does one buy stock online?
Ok, so I´ve done some research and found what I think might be a good investment. Now, I need to know where to find where the company´s stocks are traded and its initials. Then how and where exactly do I make the purchase?

Z Town Mom
Some companies will allow you to purchase stock directly. After you go the the company's website, look for "Investor services" and follow the instructions.

Major on-line trading companies you can sign up for are Ameritrade, Etrade, Charles Schwab, etc. They all charge a fee, but much much lower than any full-service broker. Good luck!
