they usually are paid 100% by the company if they are safety lenses. depends on the coverage. my company pays 100% for prescription and safety glasses and 80% for regular glasses

Need them for VDU use, not general use, and then it's generally only a coating, so nothing.
Few years back it used to be about £50 when I worked in HR, but each company policy may be different.

Are you asking about "safety" glasses that you need to do your job or prescription glasses.
Your employer should provide safety glasses free of charge.
You are responsible for paying for your own prescription glasses.
