You have enough money when the interest, or return, on your money is enough to meet all of your daily needs. At that point your money "works for you", instead of you working for your money. At that point you are financially free. This also means that you must know how to manage your money, so you continue to get a good return on it, and don't waste it. It takes most people many years to get to this point. It also usually means educating yourself on how to invest and manage money. |

You have money to buy everything, but never want anything.
That is when you can tell yourself, you are having enough money. |

When it comes to money, it doesn't mater how much you have, it will never be enough. |

You can have enough money for a concrete purpose, for example enough money to buy the car you like, but you can't have enough money in general, because people are naturally greedy and money is a scarce resource. |

It is a pretty individual thing. I once said if I had $100,000 I would be set for life (1982). Now one million would last the rest of my life. There are people who spend $10,000 per month on clothes (boy to live like that). I am not high maintenance, I just need shelter, some food, an internet computer, and Yahoo! questions to answer. (More than 700 so far) |

The more money you have the more money you spend. The more money you spend, the less money you have, so the more money you want. When you get more money, you end up buying more things, and then realize that you now have to spend even more. That's why everyone always says they're broke, no matter how much money they make. |

Well it varies from person to person depending upon their responsibilities in life.
My advice will be to estimate it according to your basic needs and not demands!!!
As demands are never ending in life |
