Truly- they do not check their inventory daily. Can you imagine? Wal-mart stores can be as big as almost 900,000 sq. ft, thats HUGE- big ticket items can be checked, but uselly only if they are a high theft rate.
I worked in Loss Prevention for years at Wal-Mart, we probably caught 10% of the theft, there was just way to much. When we did discover it missing- we wrote a report and checked the tape. It never went anywhere.
In the future- save your money and buy it. :) |

You sound guilty. Don't forget, they have cameras too. And, they share their film footage of thieves with other stores as well. |

I'm pretty sure that such a large store, which has stores all over the world, would have inventory checks every day multiple times, and have security cameras. And you'd be amazing at what technology could do to figure out who took what. |

they check inventory every day. they might not do a full count everything inventory but they count the expensive items at least two times a day. they don't ever overlook the 'big stuffs". |

I don't know how often they check inventory, but they have surveillance cameras everywhere.....so if something is stolen, they'll know! |

they check DAILY, plus they have cameras all over the store, so if you took anything without paying, they have your picture and will probably turn it over to the police. Each store carries different inventory of "BIG" items, based on marketing studies of what sells well. |
