Same way they did it last time. They give a time to sell it to the government at a specified price, which people do, because after the cutoff date, there is no market for it. |

They would never do that again. And considering that Gold never goes away and since the 30s when the government did that, millions of more ounces of God have been mined. The government has no place to keep it and every day, more gold is brought to the surface. |

They would most likely just pass a law saying that it was illegal to buy or sell gold and silver without a permit. They most likely would not do so because I imagine that most congressmen have probably got quite a horde stashed away. They are not so stupid as they act. |
