houston housing market is one of the best in the nation.... if you are planning to invest in real estate Houston is the place.


while nationwide housing is a poor choice, in markets like Houston it is still quite stable!

you should speak with a realtor who is familiar with housing trends in you area. If you could duplicate that 20% return it would be awesome.

If you have cash to invest, then this may be a good investment.

But investing borrowed money is risky because you don't know how bad the current economic downturn is going to get. If you loose your job and your income. Then you can end up loosing everything that you owe money for.

You should learn to trade the stock market. Many professional traders can make 2 to 3 did-git returns on their money year after year.
All you have to do is learn a few simple rules and develop a system.
This site will teach you a lot and help you develop your own system.

Well it depends. Housing prices are very low and as long as you don’t mind holding on the property for 5 years or more it is difficult to go wrong with current prices. However, they are likely to keep dropping until mid summer where I expect them to level for at about a year.

dont buy houses right now especially when the housing market is in uncertainty...wait i would say 6 mnths down the line to see if the prices drop...i thinkt he housing market may pick up by mid 2009...so just approach it very wisely...

instead invest some moeny in stocks since htey are a very good bargain right now or mutual funds...
