I am thinking of getting into the stock market?
what would be the best stock to invest in?

T.J.
Again... there is no such thing as the "best stock" to invest in. Its like going to a casino and asking the blackjack dealer what is the best hand. Answer... depends what the dealer is holding. 21 is the best hand... but you don't need it to win. There is no such thing as the "21" in stocks.

If you are thinking of getting into the stock market get a book about reading company financial reports and constantly read company news. Do some research on how to pick stocks based off the companies financial measurements.

Ultimately look for a financial advisor that can help you diversify and evaluate your risk adversion level.

Good luck... and say good bye to the unstressful life ;-)

This is the best time. Invest in low cost, no load mutual funds.

Try FRE and FNM it's cheap right now, there is a possibility it will increase in value soon. Only invest money you can afford to lose. Good Luck!

Be carefull stocks with good dividends are popular.

Starting out in the stock market. I would invest in no load mutual fund. Especially sector such as energy (oil, natural gas, etc.) , precious metal (gold), or technology because these sector may outperform the dow. If you want to invest in stock, try investing in RIG or PBR for oil. Or KGC, GG, AUY, ABK, AEM, NEM, or maybe FCX for gold.

To start with the online firms, you need to open an account with the company you have chosen. Once your account gets activated, you can start investing in the stock market. Both the online trading company as well as online brokers plays a crucial rule in your investment. Much of the success depends on them as they manage your finance. In addition to that you also need to be careful about the market trends. You can browse the Internet to know different stock quotes, about leading company shares, etc. And, if you want to discuss your financial plan with financial experts - that can also be done online.

Learn different stock trading skills and keep you updated with latest market news and information. Buy shares from leading companies to avoid any risk of losing money. Though brokers also keep you updated about different shares that become available, but it is also advisable to keep an eye by your own.

Stocks are a risky investment. I would suggest bank stocks including DB BAC and WB because the banking market will be back within 1 to 2 years and they all have dividends.

Also buy green stocks including AINV, STP, BP and look for more many are risky and STP with most other stocks in this industry don't give dividends.

I am looking at all of these stocks
I also own stp ainv and after it went down FRE and FNM
