How about a T.V. show called "The Appendix"? You could take the Alan Sugar role. 16 wannabes are split into two teams and are sent out on tasks to skive and scrounge. The winners each week, with the most amount of money for the least effort, get a luxury ,paid week-end in Mauritious, while one of the losers is fired.
