Some companies that have done 8 times as well as the S&P500 are China Northeast Petroleum Holding (CNEH), Universal Travel Group (UTVG), and Advanced Battery Technology (GBT). CNEH and GBT have slipped some recently, but UTVG has shown some impressive numbers. Some of those with above S&P500 market value increase for just the past 4 weeks: China Pharma Holdings (CPHI) [but not so swift in the past week], China Education Alliance (CEUA) [really good growth all year], China Agritech (CAGC), China [is there a pattern here?] Natural Gas (CHNG) [weak over the last week], Globalscape (GSB), Graham Corp (GHM), and SOYO Group (SOYO).

gto says buy in Berlin........if most of the Berliners rent then how are the prices going to rise. The only people who will buy will be outside investors and price in Europe are beginning slow.
Look into some Irish stocks i.e AIB bank of ireland. They taken a hit recently and now well under valued. Hold till the end of next years and see some gains. |

Buy in Berlin. I bought two for €60k each. The selling agent arranged for a German mortgage of 60 percent fixed for ten years. Most Berliners rent so they tend to be long term tenants. No capital gains tax if held for 10 years. They expect Berlin prices to be comparable to Dublin prices ie they will rocket. Your €60k could realistically be worth €250k in 10 to 12 years. You do need to do a bit of research ie location (west v east) etc but its not too hard. good luck. |
