i suggest you become the bank and you make the loans. Try this website http://www.prosper.com/join/loan/deandreda1 , it is a website that allows you to see people that need loans , veiw their credit score, and make a decision about whether you want to finance the loans. most loans range from 500 to 20000 so you should fit right in. finally the best part about it you can bid on the interest rate you want to charge for the loan with other investors . i am a investor on this site but if you dont trust it always check any business out with the Better Business Bureau. Nice job in saving up 20,000 dollar.
I'm a 17 year old kid. I started tutoring kids and working since the age of 15. I started doing stocks last year. I made around 15,000 $ so far. However the economy is going down these days. Investing on U.S real estates, stocks, funds etc. won't do any good for couple of years for now, since its going to keep going down. I would recommend that you look for more international stuff. Think about China or other fast growing countries. Also around 2010, would be a really good point to start re-investing on U.S stuff because that will be about the point when the U.S econ strikes the lowest but will gradually grow back up. |

Just let it sit in the bank, in case you lose your regular job.
