Lots of places to buy stock. Scottrade, etrade, Fidelity, Schwab, TD Ameritrade are all some good options. When trying to decide between companies balance the cost of trading with the service you receive and how effective their online tools are-that will help you make the decision effectively!

I would have to ask a question, though-why are you so focused on .10 stocks? That is a very risky proposition. For every person who hits it big with a penny stock, there are 10 more who loose what they invest. If you have other, safer investments and this is just play money then fine. If not, I would recommend trying to build a firm foundation before shooting for the moon.

Don't mess around with $0.10 stocks. You will lose your money. Buy a mutual fund. I suggest T. Rowe Price

Buy a low cost index mutual fund. You can invest extra money whenever you have without paying any load or commission.

Vanguard and T.Rowe Price really offer good index fund. Fidelity also is a good player.

I suggest browsing through the Fidelity web pages. They are stocked full of information. While you are considering what to do, put your money into their cash account where it can earn some interest, not much, but some. Look for stock picks and be conservative at first A 6% return this year is an ok thing and you won't lose your principe.

Like the person above mention, shy away from penny stocks. You will surely lose your shirt!
