Here's a guide to stock investing (though I think it is more funny than helpful!)

My suggestion is to pick up some books on personal finance and beginning investing. Or, see if there is a class at your local community college or adult ed program. Then, make some fictional trades on paper to make sure that you are properly applying what you have learned.
Also, you need to understand that high return means high risk. There's nothing wrong with that if you're comfortable with high risk and can afford to lose some of your money. However, not everyone can stomach big ups and downs with their money.
The key to investing successfully is to know what you're doing. Otherwise, it's just gambling. |

I invest in property. It is far more easily controlled that stocks.
You make the decisions about everything concerning your property. You can rent it, lease it, sell it, refinance it, whatever. Each person has to decided what kind of investing they are interested in, and what type of investing will serve their purposes better. Maybe try both types of investing and decide what you like best. |

Why dont you try something else where you can get good returns and also not face risk of share mkt. Try out mutual funds, by doing that you will indirectly put your money in shares, which can further give you high returns. Sometimes it even overshadows stock mkt investment. much more transparent and
easy than stocks. You just need to have pan card, and thats all.
Try to take advice from online mutual fund advisors. Thats completely free. |
