Don't we all want a lot of money..?
Just wishing for it does not work.

Calculate: 400,000 in 3 years. That is, 133,000 per year. Save - say 10,000 per month (after all disbursements). Buy shares of a solid company (research, research, research) that will give you 7 - 8% return.

Viola......!! there you have it. 400 in 3 years.

Q you should ask yourself is: can you come up with 10 grand month after month for the next 36 months?

Recurring deposit with post office or any Nationalised Bank is safe.
In this Umay hv to deposit @ Rs 10k per month.

prasanna i
Go for SIP mutual funds/ FMP'S - invest 9500 per month with expected or guaranteed return of 12%

If you are in india. invest Rs.9000 per month in bank fixed deposits with term diminishing each month from 36 months. Select bank offering maximum compound interest (now a days you will get 10.5 to 11%) your money will be around 4 lakh. the SIP was a good option but the present market conditions will not prove it. you can take a mixed investment like some 3000 in an sip and another 3000 in Fixed deposits and the balance in good shares. but the risk is there

Open a recurring deposit account with a good bank with a monthly deposit of Rs.10,000 for a period of 36 months. You will get your
Rs.4 lakhs after your last deposit.Safe,no hassles and no fear of your money getting lost.

Mack
1)firstly it depends on ur incom.

2)if ur income is abt 50000 per month and u get atlest 35-40k in hand then should save atleast 15000 per month thus u will save 5.4lakh in 3year's.

3)or by saving 10k u will save 360000 in 3 years.

4) [a] i will prefer you to invest in mutual funds.
[b]it better to invest by buying gold as market is in risk
[c] or you can invest 50-50 in M.F & GOLD.
