There are lots of websites which will provide you with the required information.
Best would be to make a free portfolio in any one of them, add the shares you wanna watch and monitor them.

Some of the websites you can make free portfolio are:
http://in.finance.yahoo.com
http://www.nseindia.com
http://www.bseindia.com
http://www.moneycontrol.com
http://www.valueresearchonline.com

Other than the above the following websites are also worth watching

http://www.rupya.com
http://www.chittorgarh.com
http://money.rediff.com/money/jsp/markets_home.jsp

Sites on which rates of shares can be viewed are-
www.bseindia.com
www.nseindia.com
www.moneycontrol.com
but they are a lit tile bit late, means that they display rate of at least 5-15 minutes before.

For live terminal some of online share treading organisation--
Religare

all these have their own plan and software to view the fl actuation of price online.. as your terminal.

Focus
Look at this good website:

cmukesh
That really depends on the purpose of yours. If you want really quick updates you have to buy services from any of the online trading account companies (Sharekhan, ICICIDirect, Ventura etc etc). If you just want to have a feel of market and 5-10 minutes delayed updates hardly matters you moneycontrol, yahoo finance are good place to start.
