I want to start buying stocks...?
I already have a IRA, a Roth IRA, a savings account that pays 4.5% and a checking that pays 4%. Once I am able to participate in my employer's 401(k) I will start that, also I will be able to start profit sharing. However, I want to start buying individual stocks so that I can build up my net worth and can use at anytime without penalty. What are some of your favorites sites to use? Sharebuilder.com, etrade.com... etc...

I visit morningstar.com, fool.com and other investing websites...
Additional Details
I have been doing tons of reseach and I want to know what site do you use? Etrade, scottrade, etc and how is the ease of use? Are the fees reasonable?

WOW!! You are absolutely headed in the right direction.
If your employer matches any or all of your contributions into the 401(k), and if you are eligible to start now, you should do so, even if it means investing less in your IRA.

I, too, like etrade and morningstar. You might want to look at msn.com (click on money).
Also ckeck out

best investing sites.com
guru analysis.com
marketwatch.com
stock analysis checklist.com
stock technical analysis.com
the street.com
wall street journal market data center.com
magic formula investing.com
stock selector.com

You could also see if your local library has Value Line and /or Standard & Poor's Outlook. They're both good.

Try Fidelity...for the sake of "simplicity"...you can transfer your different IRA's into accounts on their site...and then open your " brokerage" account there ,too. At least everything will be in one place...sit down at the computer and everything is right in front of you !
As far as trading goes... maybe start with a few " funds"...( you can put your IRA's into funds also)... ( also you can " trade" in your IRA's ..funds, stocks, or ETF's)
It sounds like your really ready to " jump right in"...you can find all sorts of info at Fidelity...not only stock and fund research, but also " strategies" are outlined...and any additional help is a phone call away...numbers/ reps ..right there.
I'm sure most larger companies offer similar services, but I can only tell you about "Fido"...friends and family all there, too.
Good luck...start slow and show a little caution...( this great market has been " running hot" for an awful long time.)

I use Scottrade for my actual trades, and the majority of my research.

Fees are $7 per trade which I found is very reasonable. Some cost more an provide a lot more user support and direction, some cost less and you get what you pay for. I think Scottrade is a nice balance especially for a light trader.

If you are interested I can shoot you an invite which will give you 3 free trades, and save you $21 bucks.
