IS IT RIGHT TIME TO INVEST IN SHARE MARKET?

If you are long term investor with a horizon of 2-3 years, then it is definitely a good time to enter into the market

IT COULD BE RIGHT TIME TO INVEST FOR THE LONG TERM INVESTORS WHO HAS AN INVESTMENT HORIZON OF AT LEAST ONE TO TWO YEARS.TECHNICALLY THE MARKET - ALMOST ACROSS THE WORLD - IS IN A SHORT TERM BEAR PHASE.IF ANY BODY WANTS TO INVEST AT THIS POINT OF TIME HE SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL BECAUSE MARKET IS YET TO GET INTO A CONSOLIDATION PHASE.EVERYONE MUST TAKE PRECAUTION BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO HOLD A FALLING DAGGER-A LITTLE BIT OF CARELESSNESS MAY CAUSE BLEEDING AND GREAT PAIN WHICH MIGHT TAKE A LOT OF TIME TO HEEL.
THERE ARE FEW SECTORS AND STOCKS WHICH ARE MOVING FRANTICALLY.MOST OF THEM ARE NEWS DRIVEN AND SOME ARE OPERATOR DRIVEN.GENERAL INVESTORS MUST BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THEM.IF ANYBODY GETS TRAPPED IN THIS MAY FALL PRAY TO THE OPERATORS.
ONE SHOULD RESTRAIN FROM GREED AND SHOULD HAVE ENOUGH PATIENCE TO BEAR THE BRUNT.IN MY VIEW ONE SHOULD WAIT TILL THE MAKRKET GIVES A CLEAR CUT VIEW AND TAKES A PROPER TREND BEFORE JUMPING INTO INVEST.

i think it is a right time to invest in the market.because now a days market is falling down.shares are cheaper. as compare to global market indian market are secure.but it would be a wise for you if you invest for long term not for short term .fundamentals of market are strong. don't invest lot more in market then you will feel save and secure

Most investors in their initial days asks the famous question - "What is the right time to invest (or) When can i start investing in markets?". A simple answer to this question is "Anytime is good time for investing provided you have a defined time frame of your investment".

The question should be rephrased as "How long should i be invested to attain my financial goals and How much should invest periodically(SIP) over a longer period of time". Investment over a longer period of time is always fruitful and facts supplement it. Sensex has come along all the way from 100 to 15,000. If you had invested 10,000 rs in infosys ipo in early nineties, you are crorepathi by now.

Follow the simple steps while making/tracking your investment.

1. Don't Waste time

The earlier you make investments, the better are your returns. The compounding rate of return increases with the number of years you are invested. Eg. 10,000 invested for 3 years at 15% return is worth 15000 whereas the same sum invested for 10 years at 15% return is worth 40,000. So do not time the markets to buy at lower levels. It is very difficult to find the bottom of the market.

2. When do you need money?

Decide on when you need the money down the line. For anything less than 5 years, do not go for stocks or equity mutual funds. Equity should be considered only for a longer period of greater than 5 years. For short to medium term investment , go for debt instruments

3. When to sell?

After you had made your investment, you should decide on when to cash out to meet your financial goals. There are two scenarios where in you can redeem your investments.

1. When your financial goals are met.
2. When the investment in stocks/mutual funds become overvalued.

4. Don listen to rumours

Do not redeem your investment going by the rumours in television and stock market of a correction or a crash. Take your decision on your own.

5. Consistent Review

The job is not done just by investing. One should always keep monitoring his/her investments in a regular basis and should take a decision based on the review.Do not churn the portfolio too often.

Buzz up!

Today there seems to be marked improvement in the Share Market. Invest a limited amt only . if u wish to sell ur shares , dont wait for the prices to escalate . if u can get even around 5 % increase in ur value , dont delay, sell it off soon . dont wait for prices to escalate. If u wait then u r taking a risk . even if the value is only marginally high, go ahead.

yes! yes! this is the right time to invest in share markets. Invest your funds in a phased manner and spread your investments in sectors like power, infrasturcture (not housing), FMCG and specific commodity stocks such as cement, oil etc. But dont be hurry. you have ample time till the next general elections.

Even GOD can not tell correct answer, in my view one should have to invest the amount which is really sur plus with him & on which you can take maximum risk. If it works than the returns will be really wonderful.

yah.u can invest now. for more u can call me 09350479971, regarding investment

Hello,

Some shares are at bargain prices, but it is still an uncertain market. I would suggest waiting a couple of weeks just as an extra precaution. You may not get those real bargain prices, but at least you will be a little bit secure. I would also stay away from banks, investment companies, and technology stocks. Hopefully this helps. Thanks!

No, not at all. actually no time is the time to invest in shares coz it is really a speculation market. u will loose your money in share market. u might have experianced or felt that a script u buy goes down and u sell, it climbs.

hi mahesh
this is ibrar, investment advisor from chennai.

Timing depends upon indivisual's goals.
but generally speaking,
This is not at all a right time to invest in share market.
market is going to crash to 3200(NSE) levels before january.
there r various nagatives around the market and more bad news waiting in the pipe line. And the way economy is slowing we cannot convincingly say that this is the right time.
So around 3200 levels will be a good time to invest.
At that time u will see mouthwatering prices of every share.
If u invest at that time u will make windfall profits.

As per my analysis this is the scenario.
i have given my best as possible. if u still have any doubts u can contact me. my id is ibrar3@yahoo.co.in

thanks
ibrar.k.
