First, I would help my parents pay off all the debts that they owe (including car payments, house payments, health, etc.) to people. Then I would buy myself the best laptop I could find, buy $2,000 worth of books, and use the rest of the money to pay for college.

PS: I would pay 10% of the to my church as tithe.

I would buy a one billion dollar estate so I could keep it all, and then sell of each piece of it in 1/8 acre lots at $250,000 each for cash. This would only take me one day, by the way - the initial purshase that is. The piece-mealing would take a few years.

A big fully furnished home on the south side of Long Island New York and a Lamborghini and have it pimped out to my liking and a brand new wardrobe with all designer clothes and all of my favorite types of jewelry and I will fully stock my cabinets im my home with a ton of food. Then I will have a huge BBQ.

Well, a billion dollars is alot to spend in 3 days ..i don't think that much of money can be spend.....but , in case I could do, it....I'll start buying mansion to my families...then I'll built some businesses ..like real estate...( so the money can keep coming).I'll donate to animal hospitals ...a lot of cars of course.jewelry for me .too....I'll donate to those kids that are starving in Africa...I'll pay to find a cure for cancer and aids..luekemia..and all the incurable diseases..i"ll travel and give money away in all the USA that need money....i will built concentration camps for those who molest children..i will put more concentration camps for man that abuse women and their family....the use of a billion dollars is never ending...I'll even grow money trees.....ps . if you happen to get 1 billion please help the poor ME...thanks...

I would start suff that would not be done in 3 days.

Day 1. Buy replacement lexus for a <i>friend</i> that had one and had to give it up, but had really liked it. Pay off all my bills. Ask another friend if they would accept salray to be personal assistant, get houses for 4 friends I have not seen a lot lately. Pay off the bills of family, a few of my co-workers and acquaintances.

Then get on to other stuff . I would start an R&D company for making power plants that incidently cleaned rivers. So day one, hire accountant, get lawyer,buy some property in East ST Louis IL near the river, get a contractor, buy videoconferencing equipment to start interviews, get a team of peeps to scour the globe for engineers, ecologists, architects, landscapers (beacuse it has to be pretty to, not just functional). Buy a property in ESTL with intent to have one part be an organic farm, and have a market there too, with super nice multifamily living area for people. And set up endowment for 'private' school for disadvanted youth where they have advanced studies in science, maath, languages, art and music to prove that achievement is not based on race but class much of the time.

Set up endowment for foundation in ESTL IL to give temporary housing to homeless people so they can have a place to clean up, an address to use for job searches (I always wondered how homeless peeps are supposed to get homes if they have no place to receive calls or addresses for applications.

Set-up rental of a nice place for a party. Have personal assistant make fliers looking for a lady I met that was begging that was in a wheelchair that had half of her face shot off, and do anything I could to make her more comfortable.Very busy day 1.

Day 2 -Set up repairs to the house I live in, go to my old office building and act a total fool, have accountant buy A LOT of stock in all the companies that do things in ways I don't like with intent to start pressure for change from a position of influence.. Example, be a wal-mart stock holder that pushes for healthcare and higher wages for the employees, Pressure DOW to make reparations to the people living near Bhopal, buy GM and push for better fuel economy.and stuff like that. Get lawyer to look into what it took to set up high quality care for some war orphans from Iraq, Sudan, Angola etc. Ask my personal assistant if she'd take care of Froot-Loop for a while. Buy new furniture. Buy a fantastic home stereo system. Get some new clothes. And buy a LOT of music on CD, a laptop.

Day 3 - Make arrangements for travel around the globe in a very relaxed manner while repairs are made to my house. Places on the itinary in no particular order, and points in between Vancouver, Minsk, Tashkent, Tehran, Dakar, Nairobi, Amsterdam, Dharmsala, Mumbai, Venice, Carracas, Belmopan and where-ever else. Call a guy I like a lot and say I'm rich now, do you like me better now? Laugh if he said yes, and maybe not mind that was the difference since whatever wasn't spent was being taken back and we wouldn't know. Have party, wonder if anyone would show up.

Spend it all on gold, then sell it at your leisure to get what you want.
