Hmm... Well, 10 years without toil in the prime of life may be better than 80 more working your butt off.
Of course, being an existentialist, I have to say that existing is better than not existing... Living is philosophically better than death. So on an ethical basis, no, I could not accept the money if it held that stipulation.
Of course, who knows if any of us will live longer than 10 more years anyway, lol.
