If you had purchased $1000.00 of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now
be worth $49.00.
With Enron, you would have had $16.50 left of the original $1000.00.
With WorldCom, you would have had less than $5.00 left.
If you had purchased $1000 of Delta Air Lines stock you would have $49.00
left.
But, if you had purchased $1,000.00 worth of beer one year ago, drank all
the beer, then turned in the cans for the aluminum recycling, you would
have had $214.00.
So, based on the above, the best current investment advice is to drink
heavily and recycle.

this is pretty stupid... but I suppose I would just keep it in my pocket and save it... you can't buy anything worth anything for a dollar, but somone you meet may need it more than you.
investing is done AFTER you've made money. making money is done with knowledge and talent... or at least luck and connections. |

I would invest it into this mix of black tar heroin and advil which is apparently the hottest new drug on the streets in the southern USA. Apparently, you can buy a snort of this stuff for $1.
I would cut it, and then resell for twice the profit...then continue onwards.
Its about the only TRUE Investment I have heard of for $1. |

I would buy seeds I guess. You could plant them, then sell the product. Then, with the profit, you could both save some and plant more. To get a good return on money in a CD, savings account, or stocks, you would need more than $1, so I'd start with a simple way to increase the dollar before investing it in "the system." |
