If you can get a brokerage firm in your name, yes. Many states will require a custodian. But with a custodian, you could make purchases.

Only co-signed with somebody 18 or older. That shouldn't stop you if you plan on holding long term.

yes,you can but only through a UGMA or custodian account until you are 18 in most states.This is where a parent or legal guardian open the account for you and buy for you the stock or mutual fund,etc.

you have to be 18 years or older but if you know someone that is 18 years or older like your guardians that will sign for you that you can buy stocks.
