All the two months long euphoria gone........
The concerted 'hype' created by the promoters, Merchant Bankers, brokers, agents, business-Media-houses has ended to feel the investors cheated now .......
The "middle-class" was lured to believe the dream .. grey market appreciation ... high listing .. good instant gain ... so on...!!
Now the stock market as a whole has gone down with huge crash ( for this listing ?) .. all the energy stock prices fallen ... a chain of crash all over ... who is responsible ?
1) The promotors
2) The Media-brokers combine
3) The greedy investors ..

well, the investors (including me) have no right to feel cheated. noone did convince them for great listing gains. they were lured by their own greed. |

Investors should do their own survey before taking any step. From the beginning it was said that the price is over valued and the premium is not justifiable in any case. Greedy investors who have seen the 900+ figures in the grey market suddenly jumped into the foray and started purchasing without thinking abt the background of the company. It is this ignorance that has led to this bizarre. |

i think it is the global economic/market meltdown which is responsible for the share to go down!!
i am too shocked to retaliate....i didnt expect this from the worlds largest IPO...
but i m sure the share would soon go up and above many!!

it is because of two brothers fight - a family feud.
one wanted to out-beat the other - not a corporate game - a family game.
both are market movers - market drivers - have good amount of broker community dedicated support with hero worship ( do you require near comparison -- brothers are heroes (by virtue of their father) in Indian Stock market like Big B, Sharukh, Jayalaitha, Karuna, Rajinikanth, MGR, etc., etc.,)
Great investor Warren has said "when whole Market is greedy, be fearful - when whole market is fearful be greedy"
there lies success.
Now whom to be blamed.
[p.s I am an investor for half a century - I have with drawn my funds/investment totally during Aug./September 2007 at which time alarm has already been give. Of course, I have not gained in speculation during the period between Oct. 2007 to Jan. 2008. I have no regret - I blame none. |

Greedy Investors : Most of all invester's are to be blamed, they had not invested in a stock, but they were betting to encash listing gains only. Some even borrow money from the market and applied. |

everyone is equally responsible....ofcourse Ambani even if he loses few thousands of crores does not make much difference because he has so much wealth that it does not matter. But small investor who wanted the share to rise right from the day of listing may have felt his dreams shattered. But he should wait and hold the stock for some more time and make profit when it rises. |
