Hi, I am 19 years old and would would to invest $10,000.00. I do not want anything too risky at this point in the game because I plan on this being short-term. I would like to access the money in 3-5 yrs when I go to make a downpayment on my house or what ever major costs I may assume after I graduate. I figure I should do something with it so it doesn't just sit in my savings account drawing 1.5% for the next 5 yrs. I was looking into Fidelity's options this afternoon. I was just wondering what anybody's opinion is on where I should put this money that will yield a better return than my savings account and also be lower risk. Thank you for your time.
