Good investment is over 10% APR.
To my mind the best way to invest money is to invest in someone's business. It's safer and more profitable. I have invested in good business and now I am getting guaranteed 40% annual interest.

Depends what market, where do you live, what country etc etc etc
If youre in the US or Canada, interest rates are pretty good. Look into a 5 year bond or GIC. You should yeild a good 2.5-5% annually. No risk, small gain. But gain is gain. |

Friend $15 is quite small for investment. You can save it now and collect some more. Minimum capital required for forex is $25. i am suggesting you forex as it is highly rewarding market and you can multiply you money fast.
