Yes. Forex is VERY profitable. But unfortunately is it a very fast way to lose your money as well. You need to be carefull and do extensive research before trading Forex. I say this because Forex is a Decentralised market. There is no institutions or forex exchange that provide REAL price or one centralised market place to buy/sell. As a result, traders are at the mercy of the brokers.

I suggest go to www.forexbastards.com.....they have a review that rates each brokers to set the honest ones to the horrible ones.

Learn how to trade from websites, seminars and classes before you trade. Then, start off with DEMO account to trade for a couple of months. Youll need extensive training and practice but believe me, its worth it. I am currently a full-time trader from the comfort of my home and now managed to create a constant income from my trades - releasing me from the usual "9 to 5" jobs that pays nothing.

Visit www.babypips.com for a beginner's lesson.

yes its profitbale however I have been investing sicne 01 and forex is still NOT an option for me. Forex is currencey exchanges and besically you are betteing that say the Euro is better than the Yen. If you get it right great but if teh dollar surges back (and it will happen) then the foreign currences will be devalued and thus you will lose everything. Only if you have a LOT of money to spare and even then dabble in it a little then i would say yes otherwise stay out of it.

Yup, forextrading is very very profitable. Many people turn to forex thinking that its a quick rich scheme.. but it isn't. It requires a lot of learning, practice and also some funds to take part.. if done impatiently or incorrectly, you can lose your money very, very quickly.

I suggest you first learn about what it is and the basics of it then also open an account with fake funds on it, just to try it out. The link below was very helpful for me and i recommend it to all novice or anyone who has recently gained an interest in forex trading.

Sure! It is profitable for the brokers.

Forex is a zero-sum gain

Zero-sum describes a situation in which a participant's gain or loss is exactly balanced by the losses or gains of the other participant(s). It is so named because when the total gains of the participants are added up, and the total losses are subtracted, they will sum to zero.

Oh yeah. My father has done really well in the forex market! There are alot of different websites out there that can give you an inside look at the forex. http://mm-review.com/money/7.html has some good information in regards to how to trade and be successful in that market. Its worth a look if you want to get into the Forex.
Best of luck!
