Um, HELLOOO, of course it's big enough for ONE person! What are they gonna do: design and build a condo that was only big enough for HALF a person or less?

SHEESH...

Yes, to rent while single and in college, but not to purchase or invest in.

Definitely! Shoot my whole 2 bedroom one bath townhouse is only 900 sq ft. Me, my wife, and 4 year old son do just fine.

~Les~
Yeah, the rooms might be a little cramped if you have large furniture though. Fitting two people would be pushing it but one person can survive on close to 1000 square feet. The question is, would YOU be comfortable? I would be.

jaws65
it is unless you get to much stuff

YEah, but it'll be a bit tight on storage probably. I lived in an apartment about that size once in my early and mid 20s. It wasn't bad, but I had to be careful how much crap I brought in. You'll either need to not buy a bunch of stuff like clothes and shoes or have a good organizing system so you'll have a place to put stuff.

hoppykit
I think it's terribly small. As long as it's temporary you should do fine. But to plan on living there for years you will become very unhappy with the limited space.
