I would take some off the table, its not good to be greedy. After the pullback i would buy more shares.
People do not stop drinking beer even when their discretionary income falls. (just like cigarettes.)
But they may make fewer stops at the beer store since gas prices are rising. So I see them buying more beer each time they go to the beer store. Instead of 1 or 2 cases, they will be buying 3 or 4. So I expect beer companies to outperform current estimates.
I also like international brewers. Check out Fomento Economico Mexicano, ticker symbol FMX. They supply Mexico and Brazil, both economies are booming right now. |

If the bid for BUD is close to current market, there may be nowhere for the stock to move up in the near term.
If you like the proposed acquirer, you might hold and wait for an exchange of shares on takeover.
BUD hasn't performed marvelously as it is in a somewhat non-growth business. It may be time to sell for that reason alone.
BUD is suffering from high grain and energy prices and will probably do so for some time.
If the takeover bid is withdrawn or disapproved (as by federal regulators), the BUD stock will probably drop.
If you have another investment to make with the sales proceeds that you like better than BUD, it may be time to move on. |

Sell everything right now, we're going into another downturn. Put your money into forex and profit from the falling US dollar.

I can't tell you to buy or sell. You have to decide for yourself. I will tell you this. BUD has almost 50% of the domestic market for beer. They benefit from strong brand recognition and wide distribution. Even with rising commodities expense BUD has been holding the line with price increases. Plus the theory is that people actually drink more alcohol during a recession. Even if they don't, lower priced beers like Bud will fare better than premium labels.
Having said that, if you've made a nice profit holding BUD, there's no harm in cutting back your holdings. |

As a famous show host on CNBC would say, time to ring the register. Take some profits, and set a stop at 53. Keep raising the stop if the stock keeps climbing. |

I would say hold with the soaring prices of grain to make the product you could say the food and grain market is sort of a hedge against the weaking dollar |
