Heck, no. Any darned fool with money to loose can do it.

However, if you want to be successful, you should begin by learning a little about investing and / or speculating. There are plenty of books at your library and at the book store that will be of assistance.

Go to finance.yahoo.com and learn using the links on the menu.

You don't need experience to enter the share market, but to be successful in the share market you need ongoing education.

Best wishes,

pup

read the basics of share market. study the trend at regular intervals. read market news. approach a good broker.
be cautious as your money is involved in this volatile market.

If you are smart enough to fill out the forms to open an account with your broker and you can make the minimum deposit requirements, your in. Thats all that is required. On the other hand if you want to be successful at it you may need a little more smarts. Get some books and start reading. You may also want to get a subscription to investorflix.com for $20 a month. It works like netflix but its all investing info. Your local books store and of course amazon.com are also good places to start looking. The more you know the less you pay.
