Warren Buffett, the second richest man in the world and the most successful investor ever, has not accomplished this so I highly doubt that anyone answering here will truthfully say they have.
The only way I can see it happening is though investment in private companies. The stock market is too volatile over short periods of time to allow that kind of return on a consistent basis.

Not I!!! I have had that kind of return on a number of individual trades and the like, but not by way of compounding. The term itself is pretty much devoted to interest bearing instruments and the like... so even if one realizes gains to that degree, they would not refer to it as compounded earnings, just as a net result.

Not by compounding.
You can invest in some international Funds that have been performing an avg of 28 percent.. Check out http://www.Morningstar.com for some great funds.
One that I am currently in myself is Janus Oversea's (JAOSX) Average over 3 years is 28%. In the past year about 26%.
Obviously do your own research. You could learn to Trade Forex or Futures markets and make quite a bit, but also loose quite a bit.
Either way.. Good Luck.
