Interesting concept and I am sure it would be a useful tool for someone to invest in. The thing that makes it kind of a bit less believeable is the amount of payment. £10,000 is a big payment for a loan depending on your level of exposure. I guess if you are covering a loan of £1,000,000 or more it isnt so big a risk. Will you be covering this amount? If not then there maybe better ways to use your good credit rating. Contact me directly if you are serious about investing in this kind of way. |

If the object is to help people with a low credit rating by getting credit from someone with a high rating Think about it; it's illegal.
Who are "they"? Are they authorised credit agency or whatever they are supposed to be. Again if not it's doubly illegal. |

Is it somekind of pyramid/ponzi scheme (payments for those who join first paid from the money coming from those who join later)? If yes, then it is not valid. It is even illegal in most countries. Such scheme will surely become scam sooner or later. When it becomes scam, only few will get the profits (if any) but most of the members will suffer losses.
In such fraudulent schemes, the only one that will surely get profit is the scammer admin! |

Well. they might use your credit to enhance a loan of some one with bad credit by cosigning a loan. Its like mortgaging your house for some one else to get a loan- And they pay you a fee for the guarantee.
Bond insurance companies do it all the time. They cosign bond issues for a fee. But they just got burned.
BUt your credit should not be exposed to this risk. Not worth it in my opinion.
Of course assuming its not a scam.- |

Your wish to find easy money will be met with glee from these scam artists.
Watch your "greed"........ it will lead you to financial disaster. |

It is either a scam to assist in laundering of illegal money. Drugs etc generate such money, or it is a scam to get you to divulge your bank and other personal details for the purpose of identity fraud or clearing out your bank account. You should report this to the police as they have special teams set up to deal with these forms of crime. |

yes it is possible.
they want to borrow money in your name, you give them the money and they say they will make the payments to you to cover the repayments due.
1) why is their credit bad?
2) why do they want the money?
3) how much are you talking?
4) NOTE: if you make a contract with them to repay you, or to make £10k payment to you and they do not do this, you would take them to court, they would say they can't afford to and you would be responsible for the loan they have kept.
It is possible, it sounds very very risky to me.
Please be careful. There are people who take advantage of those in need..... |
