Make money on options with low budget?
I was wondering if there is anyway to make money on stock options without having alot of capital. Is there any way to trade options without having the funds to exercise them. Please let me know any techniques you can recommend. Thanks.

Some equity options cost a nickel, which means that you will pay $5 /contract (100 shares). You can sell the option back instead of exercising it, so theorethically you can TRADE options without a lot of capital. However, you can't MAKE MONEY consistently without a good capital base. Two reasons:

1) Commissions will eat a HUGE chunk of your expenses with small option trades
2) diversification is important, so you will need enough cash to have at least three different active trades, plus extra to modify your existing positions at times

Also, the fact that you don't have a lot of capital leads me to believe that you haven't traded stocks much. Start small or lose big, your choice.

1) Learn about and paper trade stocks (no money) (at least 1 year)
2) Trade stocks and paper trade options
3) Trade options

Yes there are but I suggest that you spend some time in self education. Most people lose money here so a little caution will go a long way to being profitable. Do some searches on otpions writes, spreads. Try this site. Learn and learn well. It is not a get rich quick scheme but a learning process.

Most profitable options aren't exercised. They get sold to the original writer buying his way out. Besides, exercising has more costs than selling the option.

If you don't have the money you shouldn't play the game and if you don't understand the rules of the game you definitely shouldn't play.

You don't need a lot of capital to trade options nor should you ever invest 100% of your trading capital into any one position.

If youre going to exercise an option contract you'd better have the money. But why would you want to exercise, when you can just sell the contract. Most contracts are not exercised.

You better go back and hit the books, because you don't understand option and I'm afraid you don't know the rules.
While you hitting the books take a look at
