50,000 dollars is not a lot of money but I know in Bulgaria that it can go very far. I currently am in the Czech Republic and am going throught the same thing. I think in your situation, I would look for a loan from relatives and friends but only if they can really afford to make you this loan. You caqn pitch the idea to them and get their reactions. It is also a good way to have a different perceptive on the investment. It may excite them and make them feel like they are doing something exotic by investing in Eastern Europe. Set up payment terms and some sort of fee or interest but stick to the agreement. You don't want to have a mess in your personal life because of some problems in your business life.

The other way is to take out a personal loan from the bank. You might not want to tell them that you are investing in Bulgaria because it might scare them off. I don't think you need to get a business loan for 50000 so it is likely that you would get it.

If the profit on the investment is quick (Within a month), there is always credit cards. Very important is that you pay the card back very quickly to avoid the interest rates.

If your business plan is profitable, then i'm sure a bank, or a business Man/Women will will be gladley work out an agreement with you.

If its property second morgage.
If you cant raise the cash with second morgage, try and find someone to go 50/50.

Make sure you have done your research, and made sure its solid
